You have the option to send your kids to all three days or pick and choose your desired day. This camp is intended for kids aged 7-12 years old.
WHEN: November 24-26, 2025, 10:00AM – 3:00PM (drop off between 9:30-10:00, pickup between 3:00-3:30)
WHERE: Verge Center for the Arts
Monday, November 24, 2025
Styrofoam printing & Introduction to the Riso
Campers will be introduced to the art of printmaking by using styrofoam to make relief prints in the form of personalized thank-you cards. They will then use these prints to make 2-color prints on our digital risograph machine.
Tuesday, November 25, 2025
Collage Portraits & Typography
Campers will use mark making and collaging techniques to make either a self or partner portrait. During the second half of the day, the campers will explore typography to make art out of their name. Eventually they will combine the portrait and text together to create a multi-color risograph print.
Wednesday, November 26, 2025
Make a Zine!
On the third day, campers will work together to create a zine on the risograph machine!
