Marya Krogstad

Marya Krogstad (b. Seoul, S. Korea) is a Northern California based artist working in installation, sculpture, film, video/audio. Krogstad was an Artist in Residence at the Lucid Art Foundation, 2016; an Artist in Residence at Kala Art Institute, 2014; an Affiliate Artist at the Headlands Center for the Arts from 2011- 2014; nominee for the SECA Award, 2012; and received her M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2009, M.A., Art, Increase Robinson Memorial Graduate Fellowship Award-R.W. & Joyce Witt Fellowship Award, CSUS, 1987. She exhibits in the Bay area, nationally/internationally.
