About the Teaching Artist:

This workshop is led by Kate Farrall, an artist and business guide for creatives who want to earn more from their work. They’ve got amazing art and know that they absolutely have to give their work a chance. She teaches artists, makers, and solopreneurs to connect and engage with the right people who want to show their work and invest in their art, allowing them to get the recognition they deserve and make money doing the creative work they love. Kate is also an artist who loves all things paper and alternative photography. She holds an MFA in Photography from the California College of the Arts as well as a BA in Art History and a BA in Photography from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Verge Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel classes, to change instructors, and to make other changes that may become necessary to ensure a quality experience for participants. If a class is canceled, we will contact all registrants and offer the option of transferring to another available session, or receiving a full refund.

If a participant wishes to withdraw from a class, they must do so in writing at least seven days before the first class meeting to receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Withdrawals occurring within seven days before the first class meeting will receive a refund of 50 percent of the total class fee. No refunds are given to withdrawals that occur 24 hours before the class begins. Transfers are not accepted after a class begins. Membership fees are non-refundable. Please note we are unable to issue cash refunds.
