Learn how to make your own mold for slip casting pieces with clay! This introductory class will take you step by step through the process of mold making.
Molds in this introductory course are limited in size to 4 square inches. If you have questions if your piece will work to make a mold, please contact Susan at susan@vergecontemporary.org. This class has very limited space! Sign up early!
Please note, on June 11th and 12th you will be creating the mold itself- that needs time to dry before casting anything! Participants are welcome to come back on June 16th from 10:00am-1:00pm to learn how to slip cast and use your mold. If unable to make the June 16th date you are welcome to come another Saturday during our Open Clay Studio that occurs every Saturday.
